Attorney Sentenced to Life for Murder of Girlfriend

A 30-year-old attorney, Thubelihle Mpisi, has been sentenced to life imprisonment by the High Court for the murder of his girlfriend, Mahlako Rabalao.

Mpisi was found guilty of killing Rabalao before setting her Mercedes-Benz alight with her body inside in Midrand.

The court’s decision brings a severe sentence for the brutal killing, with Mpisi now facing life behind bars for the murder.
