Hlangalezwe School Needs Urgent Renovations

Hlangalezwe Primary School, located in Mkuhlu Ward 24, has more than 200 learners, but its infrastructure is in a state of disrepair. Built in 1999, the school has not undergone any renovations since its inception.
The classrooms are in poor condition, creating an unsuitable learning environment for students. The principal, Mr. Ratshwene Kgashane, has declined to comment to the media, citing a contract that prevents him from speaking negatively about the school.
Additionally, the principalâs office serves as both a workspace and a storeroom, and there is no proper reception area. We urge the authorities to prioritize Hlangalezwe Primary School for much-needed repairs, so that students can have a more comfortable learning experience, regardless of the season.
